Procedure
If you wish to order Allergo product(s), please fill out the order form available below and email it to us at: allergocommande@lavoiepharma.ca
Your company file will be automatically created upon receipt of your first submission or order by a member of our team.
ORDER
To ensure proper and efficient processing of your order, please provide your company name, full delivery address, billing address if applicable, and a phone number for reference. Please note that there is no minimum order amount required.

Processing and shipping times
Orders are shipped within 10 business days (when in stock).
Handling and delivery fees are added to the invoice, with the exception of desensitization treatment orders. Prices are subject to change.
Returns Policy
All product returns must be pre-authorized. To this end, please contact a member of our team at 1 844 780-7223 extension 3, within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date, to obtain a return authorization.
Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Approved returns must be made in accordance with the instructions provided by our team and in their original condition.
Shipping costs associated with the return of goods are entirely at the customer's expense.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
